Subhash is deeply devoted to PENTA’s vision and mission. Part of his vision is to leave a legacy in the form of guiding principles so PENTA will sustain many more years of success.

Subhash earned his B.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of London.

Mr. Vlaytchev is President and Director of PENTA Engineering. In this capacity he applies his 25 years of knowledge and experience with PENTA to oversee and guide PENTA’s US and India operations.

He has assumed roles of increasing responsibility during his tenure including Sr. Structural Engineer, Project Manager, Structural Department Manager and most recently Vice President of Engineering. He has extensive experience in design of new construction, upgrades, conversions, and evaluations of structures for projects worldwide.

Mr. Vlaytchev earned a Master and Bachelor’s degrees in Structural Engineering from the Higher Institute of Architecture and Civil Engineering in Sofia, Bulgaria.

Quality Assurance

PENTA India follows global standards for design of equipment. All relevant design codes are available with our engineers and designers. PENTA's first line of quality is always the person who creates the deliverable. PENTA India endeavors to get the best design for the clients with minimum number of revisions. PENTA India also has a system of document control to ensure that any revisions are updated.

PENTA has its own international standards for preparation and review of drawings. For review of OEM's design, checklists are available for all major equipment to ensure "right the first time" approach. PENTA has a data bank of plants in India as well as in US for plant & equipment selection, process parameters etc. The same will be referred for each project to select the best equipment.

At site, PENTA's engineers follow a set norms for quality control of civil construction & equipment erection to get the best from contractors.
